Evaluation of Scientific, Educational and Practical Cooperation between German and Armenian Institutions in Healthcare Information and Communication Technologies – 2014-2015.

The project jointly funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany (BMBF) and the State Committee of Science of Armenia (SCS), aimed at establishing collaboration in the field of Healthcare ICT between the University Medical Center of Regensburg (UKR), Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT), and telemedicine company Klughammer, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University (RAU), and Armenian Association of Digital Health (AADH). The project further advanced collaboration between the two countries in the field of Healthcare ICT. Within the frameworks of the project three German-Armenian Workshops on Telemedicine and eHealth were organized in Yerevan on November 17-20, 2014; in Deggendorf on April 13-17, 2015; and in Yerevan on June 19-21, 2015. The Workshops featured presentations, discussions and practical sessions on current status and perspectives of development of telemedicine and eHealth in Germany and Armenia, presented by experts from both countries.
